Welcome to Noirsync!
These terms apply to services provided by Noirsync, a creative digital agency based in Pakistan serving clients internationally. Our services include web design and development, e-commerce setup, social media management, and digital marketing.
A written project agreement may supplement these terms. If there is a conflict, the project agreement takes priority.
1. Services Provided
Noirsync offers digital design, development, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing services. All deliverables are created based on the agreed project scope outlined in your contract.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and materials required for your project. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Payments
Payments are due as per the contract terms. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in your agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
• Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment.
• Noirsync retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Copy, modify, or distribute Noirsync’s intellectual property without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Noirsync is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Client misuse or third-party interference with deliverables.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
8. Amendments
Noirsync may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
